“Silk and plastic flowers last forever, but we fall in love with the ones that eventually die.”

At 51, I faced the depths of grief following a failed marriage and the loss of everything meaningful to me; my home, my kids, my dogs, and even my credit. I found myself in a new city working at a stagnant job. In my solitude, I immersed myself in books searching for solace and guidance. Despite consuming copious advice, the path to a better life remained elusive.

Fortunately, my grief journey took a turn when I began working with a life coach. Through this transformative experience, I unearthed my life's purpose. I followed my heart and studied to become a death doula, a mind-body and somatic life coach, and a grief specialist.
